If uploading videos to Facebook is not your thing, how about uploading them to Twitter? The application-of-choice right now is TwitVid.
Similar to VideoUp for Facebook, uploading to Twitter is an easy 1-2-3 process. Choose your video (or shoot a new one), write your tweet, then upload both to Twitter. Done. How can one not like the simplicity of TwitVid or VideoUp?

When we looked at the results of our most recent poll, we pretty much expected that most people would upload their videos to YouTube. They do (65%). However, we were surprised that almost nobody (8%) was uploading videos to Facebook. We surmised that this would be due to the lack of a Facebook integration into Photos on the iPhone. The number would certainly go up once a dedicated app would be around.
To the rescue came VideoUp for Facebook, an app that is designed to do one thing well: upload your videos straight from the iPhone to Facebook. The process is very simple – log into Facebook from your iPhone (you need to have a Facebook account), choose your video on your iPhone, add tags and click Send. Done. Simple and easy, as it should be. The only way this could be simplified would be for Apple to build this into Photos.
We will give this a few months and then rerun our survey to see whether Facebook made a dent into YouTube’s lead as the video online platform of choice.
